# Holiday Lights Take-Down

Safely remove and store holiday lights after the festive season.

- [ ] Gather necessary supplies (ladder, gloves, trash bags, etc.)
- [ ] Unplug lights from power source
- [ ] Carefully remove lights from exterior of house, starting from the top and working down
- [ ] Untangle lights and coil neatly
- [ ] Place coiled lights in storage containers or bags
- [ ] Dispose of any damaged or worn-out lights
- [ ] Clean and store any light clips or hooks
- [ ] Inspect and repair any damage to the exterior of the house
- [ ] Store all holiday light supplies in a designated storage area
