# Desk Exercise Routine

A series of quick exercises you can do right at your desk to stay active throughout the workday.

- [ ] Sit up straight in your chair, keeping your shoulders back and your core engaged.
- [ ] Lift your legs one at a time, straightening them out in front of you and holding for 10 seconds.
- [ ] Rotate your ankles clockwise and counterclockwise 10 times each.
- [ ] Interlace your fingers behind your back, squeezing your shoulder blades together and holding for 10 seconds.
- [ ] Shrug your shoulders up towards your ears, hold for 5 seconds, then release.
- [ ] Gently tilt your head to one side, feeling the stretch in your neck, then repeat on the other side.
- [ ] Extend your arms straight out in front of you, then slowly circle them backward 10 times.
- [ ] Stand up from your chair and march in place for 1 minute, lifting your knees high.
